PREFERABLY NO PETS. Sorry, from past experience, this has not worked out. Can be discussed.
Please note we do not accept stag or hen parties or, multiple all single sex bookings.
To book the house please contact us and we will then email you over a personal 'rental agreement' and information regarding the house.
Upon booking fifty percent booking deposit. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday plus a fully refundable deposit of 400 pounds, for unreasonable breakages or damage. If you cancel your booking within eight week of your arrival date then we will refund you 50% percent of your booking deposit. Once full rental has been paid (i.e. 8 weeks before your arrival) this will be non refundable.
Changeover day is officially Friday. Departure is 10 AM and arrival is 4.00 PM. (this is negotiable depending on bookings.)
Linen and end of tenancy house cleaning is included.
